I had it custom made but still had to have it altered through the bust, chest, waist area… just taken in a bit through each side seam (very easy and minor alteration). I ordered it for my brothers wedding. I was a little skeptical but service, timeframe and the dress were fantastic. I have worn it twice since and am now going to order my bridesmaids dresses from lightinthebox. Throughly recommend your website and have mentioned it to many friends.

Dresses Review:I ordered two dresses. The dress itself is well made and attractive, but buyers should be aware that it fits very snugly. Also, one dress was ordered according to the size chart, and one with custom measurements. My only complaint is that the custom made dress is significantly shorter than the ‘off the rack’ dress. After receiving the dresses and noting the difference, I checked the size chart and noticed the lengths of the ‘hollow to the floor’ measurement was much longer than what I actually measured on my daughter for the custom one. When ordering I didn’t think that measurement would make a difference in a knee-length dress. Is the ‘hollow to the floor’ measurement meant to be taken with heels on? The dress ended up not being knee-length, but a good two-three inches above the knee and for that reason the custom made dress was very disappointing.

Dresses Review:I love my dress. It came in as scheduled. My only problem was that I did the custom measurements and my dress would not zip. Yes it was too small….. so I suggest if you do the custom measurements that you at least size up and inch or two for fit and comfort. Besides that I am pleased with the services that were provided.
